Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sceneable, an iOS app operated by Vibeland, handles your information. Sceneable is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) AI short-film studio: you supply your own AI provider API keys, and the app calls those providers directly from your device. Questions: support@vibeland.app.

1. We don’t run accounts

Sceneable has no sign-in and no user accounts. We do not collect your email, name, or any profile information. Your projects, shots, and settings live on your device (via Apple SwiftData) and, if you enable it, sync through your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit). We never receive that data.

2. Your API keys

The API keys you enter are stored in your device’s Keychain only, scoped to this device. They are never transmitted to Sceneable or Vibeland servers. When you generate, the app uses the key to call the provider’s API directly from your device.

3. What is sent to third-party AI providers

To generate images and video, the app sends the content you choose to generate from — your text prompts, reference images, and the cut images you approve — to the AI provider you selected for that step, using your key.

Exactly what is sent, and when: nothing is transmitted until you tap Generate or Render. At that point Sceneable sends, to your selected provider only: (a) the text prompt and film-craft settings for that shot, (b) any reference images you imported, and (c) the approved still image the video is rendered from. The app shows a one-time in-app consent screen before your first generation explaining this. We do not transmit your projects, library, contacts, location, or any identifier.

The providers you may route to, and their privacy policies (each is an independent data controller once your content reaches it):

Once your content reaches a provider, that provider’s privacy policy and data-use terms govern how it is handled, retained, and whether it may be used to improve their models —please review them, as Sceneable cannot control a provider’s processing. Sceneable itself runs no server: it does not store your prompts, reference images, or generated content on any Sceneable/Vibeland server, does not sell them, and does not use them to train any model.

4. AI-generated content

All images and video produced in Sceneable are AI-generated by the third-party models above. Output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for the prompts you write and the content you generate and share. Every generated cut carries an in-app “Report” action; reports go to support@vibeland.app and we act on them (see our Terms of Use).

5. Photos

Importing a reference image uses the iOS system photo picker: you select specific images in Apple’s out-of-process UI and only those images are returned to Sceneable — the app is not granted access to your photo library and no “allow photo access” prompt is shown. Saving a rendered video to Photos uses the system “add to Photos” permission, requested only when you tap Save.

6. Analytics & tracking

None. Sceneable contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we show no ads. There is no IDFA and no App Tracking Transparency prompt because there is nothing to track.

7. Payments

Optional Pro features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the transaction; we never see your payment details. Your AI generation is billed to you directly by your AI providers under your own keys — Sceneable adds no inference charge and shows an in-app estimate of provider cost.

8. Your control & deletion

Because data is on-device, you are in control. Settings → Delete all data permanently removes your projects and clears your stored keys from the Keychain. Deleting the app removes its on-device data.

9. Children

Sceneable is not directed to children under 13 and generates unmoderated AI output; it is intended for a general/teen-and-up creative audience per its App Store age rating.
