Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Sceneable, an iOS app operated by Vibeland. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies; where it conflicts, the stricter protection for you governs.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sceneable on your Apple devices for creating AI short-film projects. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
2. Bring your own key (BYOK)
Sceneable calls third-party AI providers using API keys you supply. You are responsible for: (a) holding valid keys and complying with each provider’s terms; (b) all charges those providers bill to your account for your generations — Sceneable adds no inference fee and the in-app cost figure is an estimate, not a bill; and (c) any usage limits, rate limits, or suspensions those providers apply.
3. AI-generated content & objectionable-content policy
All images and video you create are AI-generated by third-party models. You are solely responsible for your prompts and your output.
You agree NOT to create, generate, upload as a reference, or share content that is: unlawful; infringing of intellectual-property or privacy rights; hateful, harassing, or that promotes violence or self-harm; sexually explicit, or sexual content involving minors (which is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities); a non-consensual or deceptive likeness of a real, identifiable person; or otherwise objectionable.
Zero tolerance. Consistent with App Store Guideline 1.2, Sceneable provides: (a) a way to report objectionable content — an in-app “Report” action on every generated cut, routing to support@vibeland.app; (b) a commitment to review reports and remove violating content and the reporting/offending user’s access within 24 hours; and (c) the ability to suspend or block users who violate this policy. Because generation runs on your own provider keys, the providers’ own safety systems also filter inputs and outputs at the model layer.

4. Ownership of your work
As between you and Vibeland, you retain rights in the projects and outputs you create, subject to the rights and restrictions of the AI providers whose models generated them. Vibeland claims no ownership of your content and does not use it to train models.
5. Disclaimers
Sceneable is provided “as is.” AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, cost, or results of any third-party AI provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibeland is not liable for provider charges, lost work, or indirect or consequential damages.
6. Purchases
Optional Pro features are sold via Apple In-App Purchase and governed by Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple — see our Refund Policy.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Contact support@vibeland.app.
